Hello! I'm Erica, the owner and CEO of Roses & Grace Photography.

A very lucky mom to three beautiful girls (of which only the third one actually has newborn portraits - oh well!); I'm also a lover of lattes, country music, and math!

My photography journey started over 10 years ago. I've traveled the country learning from some of the industry's best photographers, and a couple years into the business found my calling as a newborn photographer. Through intensive training, I earned a certificate of recognition as a Professional Newborn Photographer. I continue to perfect my craft and help others new to the industry learn about this specialty, including the importance of newborn portrait safety. Using my degree in Finance and through my photography workshops, I also teach photographers how to establish financially secure businesses giving them the opportunity to provide for their families, create a lasting business model and comply with all state and local business regulations, while doing something they love!

What are your hours?: Our newborn sessions are typically at 10am on Tuesdays & Wednesdays and the specific date is based on when your baby arrives. However, because babies typically come whenever they'd like and we don't have much say in that, sessions may be scheduled on a different day of the week if our schedule requires. Where are you located?: We are in Allentown, NJ. Sessions that are not newborn sessions can be done at other locations such as a park, the beach or your home if requested.
When should I book my newborn session?: Ideally before baby arrives. Most moms typically book the beginning of the third trimester; however, our schedule fills up fast as we stop taking bookings once our schedule is full so to guarantee a spot you'll need to book early. Occasionally we can squeeze in a last minute booking if the scheduled babies are overdue or born early though, so just reach out to ask if baby is already here.
How long is a newborn session?: Our typical newborn session is about 2 hours, but some are shorter or longer as each session is unique. We suggest you plan for 3 hours and will go over all the details to help you prepare for the session once booked.
Do you provide everything?: For the newborn sessions, yes. We provide everything you'll need for the baby - props, backgrounds, wraps, headbands/hats, outfits etc. You just need to bring yourselves and baby. For our milestone sessions and first birthday sessions we will provide the props and backgrounds for in-studio sessions. Anything done on location uses the natural environment or you are welcome to bring props that you would like to incorporate into the session.

First birthday cakes are included with the session. You work with our cake designer to design a cake unique to you and it will arrive at the studio on your session date!
Do you have a cancellation policy?: All session fees are non-refundable, but if you cancel at least 72 hours before your session the amount can be applied to a future session booked within 3 months.
